No, not at Christmas, as both birds are not in their breeding season so the male/stag turkeys have exactly the same flavour and texture to their meat as the hen birds.

All of our breeds of turkeys are unimproved. Meaning they have a high, angular confirmation. Bearing this in mind, the following applies as a guide:

3-4kg – feeds up to 4 people

4.5kg -feeds up to 4-5 people

5kg – feeds up to 6 people

6kg – feeds up to 6-7 people

7kg – feeds up to 7-8 people

8kg – feeds up to 10-12 people

9-10kg – feeds up to 12-14 people

Due to the nature of our birds, we are unable to raise them to exact weights, therefore we have 0.5kg weight tolerance allowance

Yes, we sell gluten-free sausages and sausage meat, These are frozen and available for collection only.

A selection of locally grown vegetables will be available on the three main collection days. You can also pre-order these when reserving your bird.

We ask for prepayment via our online payment option at the checkout for credit/debit cards.

Bacs payment is also accepted.

We deliver Nationwide. In some cases it may take a two-day delivery if the address is off the mainland and certain long distance deliveries may incur a fuel surcharge.

We use DHL for our nationawide delivery.

Collection times are from 08.30am-18.00hrs except Christmas Eve which is 08.00am-12.00 Midday. Outside of these hours we need prior notification.
